Collaboration
Collaboration creates a sense of collective ownership and responsibility for common goals, builds trust and mutual respect among those working together, develops leadership skills in everyone involved, and fosters honest accountability within a group. I can work with you to develop the skills and habits for leading teams collaboratively.
Creativity
Creativity comes out of regular working habits that can be difficult to develop and sustain. But it’s only through your creative process that inspiration becomes possible and the work emerges. I can work with you to build and sustain habits and practices for productive and enjoyable creative work.
